wouldn't be fatty and the sauce would be acceptable! The ribs were definitely NOT fatty and the sauce was very delicious.....
Now for my dinner last night....the new "St. Louis Style' ribs. More meat! Some additional fat because of the way they are
cut, but very acceptable!! A spicier BBQ sauce that I frankly prefer!!! These may become my new favorites.... I have a personal

"When I ordered Boomers Ribs on the internet I was
a little skeptical, they looked like the same old ribs that they have in the stores. The price was very reasonable so I figured
I would give them a try. Heating them was very simple just a few minutes on the BBQ to get the outside crispy and they were
ready to eat.
I was pleasantly surprised; the meat was falling off the bone, tender and juicy, not
even one piece of chewy or tough meat. The sauce was not too sweet and had a nice mix of spices. I will definitely order
them again!"
